Devajyoti is a B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Durgapur and an M.S. from BITS, Pilani.
Dr. Sunitha offers training in areas like Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills, Positive Thinking, Stress Management, Critical Thinking, The Six Thinking Hats and many more. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Social Psychology, solidifying her expertise in the field.

Dr. Rashmi has been involved in designing and implementing interventions at the organizational level at Wipro, catering to over 200,000 employees. Her impressive portfolio includes Institutionalizing Customer-Facing Readiness programs, Pioneering efforts in Inclusion and Diversity and Revolutionizing Organizational Values by spearheading the redesigning and institutionalization process.
Dr. Rashmi's unwavering dedication to continuous improvement and her forward-thinking approach make her a trusted designate for managing large-scale programs, encompassing content and OD initiatives.

As Vice President and Joint Managing Director at NITCON India Limited, he introduced and completed many projects of national importance like Skill development Training programs for the National Skill Development Council of India, DPR for the improvement of the Huensang Memorial hall of the Nav Nalanda University and centre for Excellence in Kerala. He also managed the Administration as the Registrar of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) at CDRI Lucknow. and served as Chief Operating Officer at Wiztoonz Animation Pvt. Limited. His career reflects dedication to education, training, IT, and E&T project management.
