Decades of Experience

ILET Solutions was founded in 2018 by a team of professionals with overall experience of over 70+ years covering Strategy, Business Management, Education and Technology. The team has exposure to global markets and is firmly footed to work with Enterprises and Educational Institutions in areas relating to Human Capital Management using Technology, Consulting and Project Management expertise.

ILET as a solution partner, integrates state of the art technologies and services to facilitate our clients in achieving scalability, consistency, efficiency and economy across their Talent Management initiatives.

In addition, ILET offers a wide range of blended learning courses for talent development and enrichment across all age groups. Meet The Team

Kamal has 22+ years business and innovation experience across premier companies like HUL, Booz & Co., and Honeywell. His roles covered business leadership, strategy, marketing, innovation, and M&A. He has global work experience spanning US, European, APAC, and Indian cultures. He has also experienced education in multiple institutes and disciplines around the world with B.Tech (IIT Kanpur), PhD (University of South Carolina, US), and MBA (Chicago BOOTH, US). He is the author of multiple international journal articles and patents.
Kamal Jha

Mayank has over 24+ years of experience across IT, Learning Technology, Talent Management and Assessment industries. His role spanned across Global Partnerships, P&L Management, Strategy, Planning & Execution in India and ME regions. He has played roles on entry strategies into the Indian and ME markets for globally acclaimed edtech organizations. Mayank has been a speaker across various EdTech forums in India and Middle East. His qualification includes B.E. from NIT Durgapur.

He excel in Home Grown Low Code-No Code Platform Development, PCB Design and Assembly, Hardware and Server Management, Voice and Image Processing, Data Analytics, IT Security, and more. His rich background includes successful People, Product, and Project Management.

Devajyoti has managed installations of Electronic and Electrical equipment nationwide for Indian Railways, handled large-scale government projects, EV Charging Station Manufacturing and more.

Devajyoti is a B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Durgapur and an M.S. from BITS, Pilani.

She coaches managers for leadership roles and has worked as an Industrial Psychologist at Aon Hewitt. She streamlined learning and development as Head of L&D at Mytrah Energy Pvt Limited.

Dr. Sunitha offers training in areas like Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills, Positive Thinking, Stress Management, Critical Thinking, The Six Thinking Hats and many more. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Social Psychology, solidifying her expertise in the field.

Alumnus of IIM Calcutta and with over 37 years of experience, Mr. Murari has excelled in top management roles across diverse sectors, including Government, CPSE, and the private sector. Notable positions include Chief General Manager (Projects) at EdCIL India Limited, where he managed successful IT projects and played a pivotal role in Higher Education and Technical Education Management. He had been the head of the project of preparing concept to commission documents called DPRs & DFRs for all new institutes of national importance like new IITs, IIMs, NITs, IISER, NIPER, Railway University, Nalanda International University, Defence University, and many other such projects for the various ministries of the Govt. of India

As Vice President and Joint Managing Director at NITCON India Limited, he introduced and completed many projects of national importance like Skill development Training programs for the National Skill Development Council of India, DPR for the improvement of the Huensang Memorial hall of the Nav Nalanda University and centre for Excellence in Kerala. He also managed the Administration as the Registrar of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) at CDRI Lucknow. and served as Chief Operating Officer at Wiztoonz Animation Pvt. Limited. His career reflects dedication to education, training, IT, and E&T project management.
