The Institution
The Institution is a premier body for training and certification recognised by the Government of India. The Institution actively provides facilities to further enhance knowledge and skills of members and extends a wide range of services encompassing from welfare of members to professional opportunities.
Requirement
The Institute conducts a wide range of short
term certification programs ranging between 4 days to 4 months for professionals. While the programs were 100% residential, the institute wanted to launch Online Courses to enhance its student base and facilitate wider reach without compromising the learner experience. Since the institution offers certifications recognized by a Government Body, the solution desired, needed to have features and reporting in compliance with the stringent guidelines. In addition, a dedicated helpdesk was required to support the faculty as well as the learners on an ongoing basis for smooth delivery.
Deliverables
ILET met all the objectives of the client and has been successfully running the programme for more than a year and has enabled the institute to deliver more than 10,000 hours of Online Education since the commencement of the journey. The institute is supported with a dedicated helpdesk to ensure that the learners and the faculty have a seamless and hassle free learning experience.
