Requirement
The company was looking at a partner with strong instruction design and subject matter expertise for the development of content on Total Productive Maintenance in Process Industries. Considering the technical nature of the content, a critical factor in selecting the development partner was the team’s ability to interact with the in house Subject Matter Experts to comprehend the overall requirements and structure it for eLearning delivery. The company was looking at a team that had strong consulting, research and diverse business experience to be a part of the development process.
Deliverables
ILET, as a consulting partner delivered over several hours of SCORM compliant e-learning content as a part of the engagement, impacting junior, middle and senior managers across the group companies. The project was delivered over a period of 6 months covering major topics under Total Productive Maintenance.
