The Company
The Company is a leading stock exchange of India under the ownership of Some leading financial institutions, Banks, and Insurance companies. The exchange provide a modern, fully automated screen-based electronic trading system that offered easy trading facilities to investors spread across the length and breadth of the country.
Requirement
The client provides its online trading application to thousands of traders across India. The application has a host of features to support financial transactions. The company spent a lot of man hours resolving queries of its partners and ensuring end user training and onboarding. Considering the repeated nature of queries, the client consolidated a list of FAQs in a written format. This was however not helpful. The client engaged ILET as its learning partner for enabling its Digital Learning Transformation initiatives for end user training and application adoption across the country.
Deliverables
ILET has been engaged as a learning partner to enable the client develop a range of explainer videos based on the FAQs consolidated by the client. This is an ongoing initiative and impacts thousands of trading houses and partners. Based on the quality of work delivered by ILET, the client has extended the engagement tenure.
