The Company is an Indian multinational paint company with manufacturing facilities across India and a presence in over 15 countries. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, coatings, products related to home decor, bath fittings and providing of related services.
Requirement
The manufacturing plant comprises several instruments which have standard operating procedures for calibration as well as wiring diagrams for installing and commissioning of such equipment. Considering the diversity of equipment and its criticality in the production quality, the employees need to be trained on an ongoing basis. Any errors in the process can cause production losses as well as quality of the product. The company required expertise in engineering, instruction design and learning module development for effective knowledge management for the target audience.
Deliverables
ILET has been engaged as a learning partner to enable the client develop eLearning content on SOPs for several equipment used in the plant. The content is directed for plant engineers who are responsible for calibrating various measuring equipment to ensure that the quality of the product meets the highest standards.
