Requirement

The company has a strong focus on the development of skills and competencies of their direct and indirect workforce spread over a network of 1000+ dealers. The organization has partnered with ILET for the development of content on Need Based Skills Training across a diverse range of skills that will enable its workforce to upgrade themselves based on their skill gaps and will enable them to improve the overall customer experience and improve sales. 

Deliverables

ILET has been engaged as a learning partner  for delivering customised content across multiple Indian languages.  The content will cover topics around behavioural skills, product & process trainings including standard operating procedures. The ILET solution provides interactive byte sized learning with provision for measuring learning outcomes during the upskilling journey.
